Zuzana Goldstein

Ms. Goldstein first received her law degree from Charles University Law School in Prague, Czech Republic, where she also earned her Doctorate degree in Civil Law. She had practiced in the areas of real estate transactions, and administrative and probate laws for several years before emigrating to Canada, where she obtained both Civil and Common Law degrees from the McGill University Law School in Montreal. She became licensed and has been practicing law in California since 1990, specializing in immigration, business, corporate matters, and commercial litigation. Since 1999, she has focused her practice solely on immigration matters and transactional business.

While in law school, she was a recipient of the Department of Justice Scholarship. She was awarded The Wiley W. Manuel Award For Pro Bono Legal Services by the State Bar of California in 1992, and holds a certificate of appreciation from the San Francisco State University Entrepreneurship Program for her lectures in business and corporate laws. For many years, Ms. Goldstein has provided pro bono legal services to immigrants, refugees and asylum seekers on behalf of JFCS in San Francisco and Palo Alto, California, and received a Volunteer Appreciation Award from the Jewish Vocational Service in San Francisco. She has served on the Board of Directors of the International Institute of San Francisco for six years. Ms. Goldstein is a frequent presenter and speaker on immigration and business topics for a range of organizations, including the U.S. Department of Commerce, foreign chambers of commerce, and business and community organizations.
